Head and neck surgery including thyroid, parathyroid, lymph node biopsy, tracheostomys, limited oral surgery, cancers related to this area. breast surgery to include biopsy, simple, partial, and modified mastectomies, axillary lymph node dissection, management of benign and malignant diseases of the breast. i.v. access including central and porta-cath placement. hernia repairs to include inguinal, abdominal, hiatal, incisional done with or without mesh. laparoscopic procedures including diagnostic, therapeutic management of adhesions, gallbladder,limited bowel resections, liver biopsies, and evaluation of hernias. intraabdominal surgery including colon resections, liver,pancreas, stomach cancers. apendectomies for acute and chronic pain.. endoscopy-gastroscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy toevaluate abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, follow-up on cancer and polyp disease. management of soft tissue tumors and masses, carpal tunnel syndrome, wounds and burns both acute and chronic. pediatric surgery for hernias, pyloric stenosis, hydroceles, pilonidal cysts and skin lesions. gastrostomy tubes-peg, and open, jejunostomy tubes. limited vascular procedures for access, bypass of peripheral vasc. lesions, abdominal aneurysms, and temporal artery biopsy, amputations when indicated of toes, foot, or leg [above or below the knee]. evaluation of skin and soft-tissue lesions both benign and malignant.
